Your career page
Set up and publish your agency's own page where job seekers see your open jobs, apply, or join your talent community.
Your career page is your agency's own page for job seekers. It shows your logo, a short introduction and every job you have published. People can apply or join your talent community there without making an account. Most of them will open it on a phone.
Set up your page
- Go to Settings and choose Career page.
- Under Logo, click Upload logo. Use a PNG, JPG or WebP image of 2 MB or less; a square logo looks best. Your logo also shows next to your jobs on the CareCommunity job board. If your CareCommunity account already has a logo, the page uses it until you upload one; click Replace logo to use a different one.
- Under What job seekers read, write a Headline and an About your agency text. A blank line starts a new paragraph. If you leave the headline empty, the page says "Careers at" and your agency name.
- Pick a Brand color. It's used for buttons and links, under white text, so a color that's too light can't be saved. Pick a darker shade if you see that message.
- Click Save changes.
The Preview shows the top of your page at phone size as you type, before you save.
Publish it
Turn on Show your page to the public. The pill next to your page's address changes from Hidden to Live, and Copy link and View page appear. Share the link anywhere you recruit. Turn the switch off to hide the page again; your text and logo are kept.
Note: Jobs appear on the page as soon as you publish them, and leave it when you pause or close them. There's nothing to add by hand.
What job seekers can do
- Browse your jobs. With more than 10 open jobs, the page adds a search box and a filter by discipline.
- Apply. The form asks for their name, email, mobile phone and home address, plus a résumé and cover letter if the job's settings ask for them. The ZIP code is always required; the street, city and state are optional unless you require an address. People with a CareCommunity account can sign in to have it filled in for them.
- Ask for texts. A checkbox lets them agree to texts about their application. It starts unticked.
- Join your talent community. Under your jobs, Don't see the right job? lets them leave their details without applying.
Where they land
Applications go into the job's pipeline like any other. The card's source says Careers page, and your automatic messages go out as usual. People who join your talent community go into My Community with Careers page in the Source column.
The home address they give goes to your agency with their details. If they signed in, a change to their address is also saved to their CareCommunity profile. If they didn't, only your agency gets the new address, even when their email matches a CareCommunity profile.
Changing the career page needs permission to manage settings, which owners and admins have by default. If you don't see Career page in Settings, ask your agency owner.
