The All Jobs list
Find jobs with tabs, search, filters and sorting, and read each job's pipeline at a glance.
All Jobs lists every job your agency has, with a snapshot of each pipeline. Everyone on your team can see it. Click All Jobs in the top navigation to open it.
The line under the heading sums things up: how many open jobs you have, how many openings are still to fill, and how many drafts. On a plan with a job limit, it also shows how much of it you're using, for example "Silver plan: 1 of 1 published job".
Status tabs
- All jobs: everything, including paused jobs.
- Open: published jobs taking applicants.
- Drafts: jobs you started but haven't published.
- Closed: closed jobs, with their pipelines.
Each tab shows a count. The counts follow your search and filters.
Note: Paused jobs don't have their own tab. Find them under All jobs, where they carry a Paused label.
Search, filter and sort
- Search jobs… matches the job title, discipline, location and hiring manager.
- The filters are Discipline, Location, Schedule and Hiring manager. Click one, tick as many values as you like, then click Done. Each value shows how many jobs match. Click Clear to reset one filter, or Clear filters to reset them all.
- The sort button switches between Most candidates and A–Z.
The count on the right shows how many jobs you're looking at, for example "3 of 12 jobs". Your tab, search, filters and sort stay in the page address, so you can bookmark a view or share it. Going back from a pipeline returns you to the same view.
Reading a job card
- Title and label: open jobs have no label. Others show Draft, Unpublished, Paused or Closed.
- Details: discipline, location, openings, when it opened (or when the draft was saved, or when it closed), commitment and hiring manager.
- Posting: if an open job's posting needs a hand, you'll see Not posted to job boards, Posting… or Posting failed. Not posted to job boards on an open job usually means your job boards aren't set up yet; see Settings → Job boards.
- Tags: your team's labels for the job.
- Pipeline: the number of active candidates, plus how many have been hired. The coloured bar and the list under it show how many active candidates are in each stage. The Hired stage isn't part of the bar.
- Idle: "2 candidates idle" means people have sat in a stage longer than that stage allows (5 days unless the workflow sets a different limit).
Click Open pipeline to go to the job's board. On a draft, the button says Finish setup. If you can edit jobs, it opens the job form so you can complete it.
Owners, admins and recruiters also see New job at the top.
