Finding your way around

What each tab in the top bar is for, plus the notifications bell, Settings and your account menu.

Everything in the ATS hangs off the bar across the top of the screen. The tabs on the left take you to each area. The icons on the right hold your notifications, Settings and your account.

Click the CareCommunity logo at any time to go back to Home.

The tabs

  • Home opens Today, one list of the people who need you now: unread replies, candidates gone idle in a stage, and new applicants.
  • All Jobs lists your agency's jobs, with tabs for All jobs, Open, Drafts and Closed. Open a job to see its pipeline board. If your role creates jobs, start one with New job.
  • Job Ads shows your managed paid job ads and what they're spending. Anyone can view it. By default, owners and admins can fund, change and pause ads.
  • My Community is your agency's directory of everyone you've touched. Search it, open a person, add them to a job or message them.
  • Workflows holds the stages and checklists your jobs run on. Ready-made workflows are ready to use; Yours are the ones your agency has made.
  • Analytics has three dashboards: Hiring for your pipeline, Recruiter activity for what each teammate did, and Paid ads for ad performance (when your agency runs paid ads).

Note: You only see the tabs your role can use. For example, if your agency turns off analytics for your role, the Analytics tab doesn't appear.

The icons on the right

  • Your agency's name shows which workspace you're in.
  • Notifications (the bell) lists new applications and candidate replies. A number shows how many you haven't read. Open the bell to choose, for each kind, Email + in-app, In-app only or Off.
  • Settings (the gear) opens your agency's setup: application forms, message templates, messaging, applicant statuses, job boards, users, plan, billing, and roles and permissions. You only see the sections your role can manage. If you don't see the gear at all, your role doesn't manage any settings.
  • Account menu (your initials) shows your name and email address, and has Account settings (your contact info and password) and Sign out.

Tip: On a small screen, swipe the tabs sideways to see them all.
