What is the CareCommunity ATS?
One place to post jobs, move applicants to hire, message them, and keep everyone you've met findable.
The CareCommunity applicant tracking system (ATS) is where your team runs hiring from start to finish. You post jobs, move applicants through the stages of each job, send texts and emails, collect documents, and keep track of every person your agency has ever worked with.
Your whole team shares one workspace for your agency. Each person signs in with their own account, and their role decides what they can see and do.
Your community, on top of the CareCommunity network
CareCommunity is a network of care professionals. Many people who apply to your jobs already have a CareCommunity profile, so they arrive with their details filled in.
My Community is your agency's private list of everyone you have touched: people who applied, people you unlocked from the wider network, people you imported and people you added by hand. What you add about them stays with your agency:
- their status in your community
- your notes and tags
- the documents you collect
- their activity history with you
One person can belong to several agencies' communities. Each agency sees only its own notes and history.
Because a person stays in your community after a job closes, you can find them again and bring them into your next job instead of starting from scratch.
The daily loop
Most days follow the same path:
- Home. The Today page lists the people who need you right now: candidates who Replied, candidates who have gone Idle in a stage, and New applicants nobody has touched yet.
- A job's pipeline. Open a job from All Jobs to see its board. Drag candidates between stages as they move forward.
- The candidate record. Click a candidate to see their stage, checklists, documents, notes, files, activity and messages in one place.
When a job needs more applicants, you can search My Community or look for matches on the job.
Tip: If your role can't see something described here, your agency owner may have changed what your role can do. Ask them.
