Matches from your community
See who in My Community fits a job, ranked by score, and add them in one click.
Before you look anywhere else, check who you already know. Every job has a Sourcing tab. Its My Community view scores everyone in your community against that job, so the best fits are at the top. Adding them costs nothing, because they are already yours.
Open your community matches
- Open the job from All Jobs.
- Click the Sourcing tab.
- Click My Community. The number on the tab is how many people match.
The header shows how many matches there are. It also links to the people who are already in this pipeline. They are never listed as matches.
Reading a row
Each row shows:
- Person: name, discipline, location, distance from the job, and their community status. On 1 other job means they are in another of your pipelines right now.
- Score: out of 100, with a label: Strong match, Good match, Possible match or Weak match.
- Why they match: green chips for what fits, such as a distance, Covers 3 of 5 shifts or Hired before. Red chips show what counts against them. Grey dashed chips, such as Availability unknown, mark details missing from their profile.
Click the name to open their community record.
Act on a match
- Click Add to job to put them in the job's first stage right away.
- Click the bookmark to Save for this job. Saved people show a small bookmark on their avatar.
Owners, admins and recruiters can do both by default.
Who is left out
The list leaves out:
- anyone already on this job
- people marked Do not contact
- people on your do-not-hire list
- people who told CareCommunity they aren't looking for work
- people in other disciplines, unless you turn on Other disciplines
- archived people, unless you turn on Archived
The number next to each switch is how many people it would add.
Sharpen the scores
If the job has no ZIP, Shifts needed, Languages or Commitment, a notice says so. Anything the job leaves blank is left out of everyone's score. Click Edit job to fill it in.
