Searching and exporting your community
Find people in My Community with search, filters and sorting, and download them as a CSV.
My Community can hold thousands of people. Search, filters and sorting help you find the right ones. Owners and admins can also download the list as a spreadsheet.
Search
Type in the Search name, ZIP, language, job, tag… box. The list updates as you type. Search looks at:
- first and last name
- discipline
- city, state and ZIP code
- languages
- the title of the last job they applied to
- tags
Note: City, ZIP and languages come from the person's CareCommunity profile. They are only searchable for people who have shared their profile with you.
Filters
Click a filter above the list. You can use one at a time:
- Everyone
- Previously hired: hired on one of your jobs before
- In a pipeline: on one of your jobs right now
- Licensed (RN/LPN): the discipline is RN, LPN or LVN
- Imported: came in through a spreadsheet import
Archived people are hidden by default. Click Show archived to include them. Click Clear all to reset the search and filters.
Sorting
The sort button cycles through three orders each time you click it:
- Most recent: the most recent activity first
- Longest since touch: the people your team hasn't contacted for the longest time first. For someone you've never contacted, their last activity counts instead.
- A–Z: by last name
The list shows 50 people per page. Use Prev and Next to move between pages.
Export to CSV
Owners and admins can click Export CSV. The file contains the people who match your current search and filter, not just the page you're looking at. You can export up to 20,000 people at a time. If your list is bigger than that, narrow the search or filter first.
The file has these columns: first_name, last_name, discipline, email, phone, city, state, zip_code, status, joined_via, joined_at, last_activity_at, last_job_title and tags.
Note: Email and phone are blank for anyone whose contact details your role can't see.
If you don't see Export CSV, ask your agency owner.
