The Recruiter activity dashboard
What each teammate did in the pipeline on Analytics → Recruiter activity, from messages sent to candidates moved and hired.
The Recruiter activity dashboard shows what each person on your team did in the pipeline: messages sent, candidates moved between stages, hires, rejections, candidates added and notes. Open Analytics in the top navigation, then choose the Recruiter activity tab.
Every role can see Analytics unless your agency owner has turned it off for that role. If you don't see Analytics, ask your agency owner.
Pick a date range
Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days, This month or Last month. The tiles compare each number with the same number of days just before your range.
The four tiles
- Messages sent: emails and texts your team sent by hand. Automatic messages from a workflow don't count, and neither do messages that couldn't be sent.
- Candidates moved: every time someone on your team moved a candidate to another stage.
- Hires: candidates your team marked hired in the range. A hire that was later reopened doesn't count.
- Active teammates: how many people did at least one of these things in the range, out of everyone on your team.
Team activity by day
Bars show messages sent and candidates moved each day. The line shows hires.
By teammate
One row for each person on your team, including anyone who did nothing in the range. Someone who has left your team still shows if they did something in the range, marked No longer on the team. CareCommunity staff who helped inside your account show as CareCommunity staff.
- Messages: emails and texts they sent.
- Moved: stage moves they made.
- Hired and Rejected: candidates they marked hired or rejected. A candidate screened out by an application form question isn't anyone's rejection.
- Added: candidates they added to a job, for example with Add applicant or from My Community.
- Notes: notes they wrote.
- Last active: when they last used the ATS.
Click a column heading to sort by it. The table starts sorted by Hired.
Export CSV downloads the table for the range you picked.
Note: Changes made in HiringThing aren't anyone's activity here. If a candidate was marked hired in HiringThing or by an automatic step, a line under the table says how many hires have no teammate on them.
